It will enable all of us to connect with our colleagues and give them feedback on the speed they are working on, do exceptional work, go beyond the call of duty, demonstrate our values and be rewarded. It will enable the business achieve scale, responsiveness and speed in decision making.
FG Speedometer gives an employee a view of speed of his/her responsiveness to the internal stakeholders.
The App will help employees to give feedback to their colleagues across departments. You can rate anyone you are working with. This can be on turn-around time or execution or delivery as per commitment.
What’s more, your feedback will be anonymous!
So at any point in time, you could just open the app on your mobile phone, and rate others or see how others rate you. We are sure that a real time feedback will help you deliver your best work.
